You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs and we don’t guarantee that we'll receive the exchanged items.

We'll mail you the new items requested through the exchange after we receive the exchanged items and confirm they're unused and the original packaging isn't damaged.

 

No Hassle Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days and we’ll issue a refund for the cost or the products to your original method of payment. We do not pay for return shipping.

Lifetime Warranty

Our warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, not normal wear and tear.
Defects include:
  • Brush heads that don't fit in the handle properly
  • Any parts that break while being used under normal conditions
Normal wear and tear include:
  • Scratches or discolouration on the handle
  • Worn bristles
If you'd like to submit a warranty claim, please send photos and an explanation to hello@trynada.com.
If your claim qualifies for coverage, we'll replace your items free of charge.
