You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs and we don’t guarantee that we'll receive the exchanged items.
We'll mail you the new items requested through the exchange after we receive the exchanged items and confirm they're unused and the original packaging isn't damaged.
Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, not normal wear and tear. Our warranty applies to Nada toothbrush handles, not brush heads.
Defects include:
- Brush heads that don't fit in the handle properly
- Any parts that break while being used under normal conditions
Normal wear and tear include:
- Scratches or discolouration on the handle
- Worn bristles

If your claim qualifies for coverage, we'll replace your items free of charge 😊
